ABOUT ME
I’m a well-being and mindset coach - with a background in Mental Health Nursing. My passion is behaviour change and emotional regulation and, with my lived experience I guide adults who are on the edge of transformational change, thrive in life.
I also specialise in ADHD, so if you are diagnosed or relate to the challenges ADHD brings, I can design the programme in a neuro-diverse, friendly way. With great strategies and evidence-based methods I’m here to give you tips, help with motivation and accountability (body doubling). I use a mix of CBT and ACT style methods within my coaching, however, in a much shorter, sharper way that is more likely to engage the stuck and anxious mind.
Coaching isn’t therapy (however all my clients have preferred the unique structure) but more goal-oriented with you setting your own goals and I’ve got your back! My coaching style will give you the freedom to set your own goals, re-align to your values, recognise your strengths, and motivate you to set internal/external boundaries to create the space needed to discover the authentic you. To support you to become the person you truly want to be.
