8 hours of ADHD coaching - 1 hour per week. Includes a weekly 45 minute coaching session on Zoom, Face-To-Face or via telephone, a 15-minute accountability call and follow up email with relevant resources
Course structure
This 8 week coaching course shows you how to break
negative patterns that hold you back. You’ll create healthy
habits that will reduce overwhelm and improve your
wellbeing. 8-week course. After our initial discovery call and my interpretation of
your necessary ‘next steps’, we can work together on
matters such as prioritisation, organisation, task initiation
and breaking out of task/choice paralysis, behaviour
change, breaking down perfectionism, imposter
syndrome, rejection sensitivity and emotional regulation-
list not exhaustive.

12-MONTH ACCOUNTABILITY course

12-month follow up course for thoe who have completed the initial 8-week course. Includes a monthly 1-hour spaceto discuss & reflect, then make solid actions for upoming month.
Course structure
This is available to clients who have done the 8 week
course with me. We take the lessons learnt, shift in
mindset, and embrace the changes you have worked so
hard to achieve previously. This is a monthly ‘space’ (1
hour) to discuss and reflect, then make solid actions for
the upcoming month. As with the other courses you will
receive a ‘write-up’ and have 24hr access to my coaching
whatsapp for any questions, motivation or access to an
offloading voice note to help you on your journey
